Jessica Eitel, FNP-BC
Hi, I’m Jessica Eitel, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. My healthcare career began in emergency medicine, where I spent years caring for patients in high-pressure, fast-moving situations.
That experience taught me the value of precision, calm decision-making, and truly listening to the person in front of me. With more than 15 years in healthcare and nearly a decade as a Nurse Practitioner, I developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful, patient-centered care.
As my career evolved, I found myself drawn to medical aesthetics, as it allowed me to combine my medical background with creativity and attention to detail. I love the balance of science and artistry, and I use my skills to focus on safe, natural results that feel authentic to each person.
Helping people feel confident in their own skin has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

In 2023, I stepped away from the demanding pace of emergency medicine to fully pursue this passion and founded Renova by Jessica. I started my practice with the belief that aesthetic care should be thoughtful and customized, using unhurried treatments designed around your goals.
Today, I bring together advanced medical expertise and a refined, artistic approach to enhance natural features rather than change them. Every treatment is thoughtful, customized, and centered on helping you feel confident, comfortable, and like yourself.

Dr. Jaime Morales is a board-certified emergency physician who also serves as the Medical Director for Renova by Jessica.
With years of clinical experience, he combines his expertise in acute care with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
Dr. Morales brings a safety-first approach to every treatment, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
His background in emergency medicine provides him with precision, decisiveness, and a strong foundation in patient management.
At the clinic, Dr. Morales oversees medical protocols, advanced procedures, and patient care standards, with a mission to bridge medical science and empower patients through safe, effective, and personalized treatments.
